We wanted to spend more time Together...

So after working for years in the Culinary & Hospitality industries, we decided to start working towards making our dreams come true. We started with our catering business, GLC Event Group, and when we had the chance to get our Rig, we jumped at that chance!

Then after an evening of sitting around with family and some beers, trying to decide the name and menu of our Rig, we were told a story of a local shop in the northeast that would serve fresh biscuits each morning, and if there were any left over, the lady running the shop would make sandwiches for lunch. We thought...that's perfect!!

So we started baking biscuit after biscuit after biscuit, changing and tweaking our recipe until we got the perfect biscuit... 

And Bite My Biscuit Food Truck was Born!!!!
